Hi Ellie, I am restarting too. I joined Thomas DeLauer YouTube group and we are doing a 30 day challenge together and check in on Monday’s. He gives you a meal plan ( if you need it), so it’s easy to stay on mission and for me I don’t have to think about it. I am lazy when it comes to food, so today I didn’t do breakfast and I have no lunch, so I will fast until I get home this evening around 7pm. Try it! Maybe being in a group setting that checks in will help.

So even though I’ve been following Keto for 3 weeks, I suffer from some binge eating habits. What I’ve done, and it’s working so far, is fine something Keto friendly and binge on that when the urge hits. For example, I’ll eat 4 large boneless porkchops seasoned up nice (0 carbs) and like 3-4 string cheese sticks with some Powerade zero to drink. This gives me the completely full feeling and mental satisfaction of binging (which I know there’s plenty to get on this topic some other time) but yet stay in Keto.
