The notifications tell you how many carbs you have left for the day I think. I notice it goes down when I add carbs

My first day using the app also. Lol mine says I have 2 and I can’t see where either 🤔

If you look at the top of this page you will see a magnif. Glass, a conversation bubble and a profile. The bubble in the middle is messages. Is that what you are looking for?

roxieda412 look at how many net carbs you have left and see if it matches. That’s what mine does, as I enter more carbs it goes down

I just added my lunch and then had more notifications. I realized my notification number is the total carbs I’ve had for the day so far. Mine counts up.

I just realized you can turn this off. In your settings go to the bottom where it says app badge. Turn it off and it will go away. I did this because seeing the badge drives me up the wall on my phone. Lol

Mine is 11 also. It shows how many net carbs I’ve eaten for the day. Mine is set at 20 so I know I have 9 left without opening the app.

Kim chavez you nailed it! I also cannot leave a bubble unaddressed 😂 I have turned mine off. If one does not mind the bubble you can set it to “consumed carbs” or “remaining carbs” which can be handy.

It is the total carbs consumed that day. You can turn it off, as shown in the photo attached.

Go to My Settings/ Additional Settings and turn off Display Badge if you don’t want to see the red notification badge. 😊
