    jlsm_1213844e You can do this. If you have Netflix there are many powerful documentaries about how sugar affects the health world wide that may help you follow this way of life. I have watched every movie on there related to sugar and how profound it is to our obesity. Just got done with “ the magic pill”. That was amazing. Follow your ketogenic pyramid and have a support system at home if you can. Purge your pantry. When I was just starting I looked up before and after pics and stories of people following ketogenic and watched YouTube videos of before and after. That helped me a lot. If unable to resist the cravings, make up Keto bread or something to replace the item your truly craving.  You have to change your mind set and think of sugar and carbs as poison.  The replaceable item won’t be as expected at times but think of ketogenic as nourishment as a whole and less as a pleasure center for filling our brains and body with junk. I eat to nourish now, instead of filling my emotions.  I actually get somewhat excited about meats with melted butter now however!

    This is day # 8!!! So far I am not missing too much of any of the old foods because I have started to cook some of the Keto recipes!! No one would believe that I am cooking especially homemade pizza and Keto deserts. I guess I am just excited right now. I have never made anything from scratch until now. I feel great!! When I feel snackish, I keep walnuts and pecans around. They fill me up and kill any cravings almost instantly. We got this!!!!
