First day!

Hey all! Today is my first day starting my low carb diet. I am looking to lose weight. I’m 5’5 and 230 lbs. should I be counting calories along with trying to stay under 25 carbs?

    hi mollie   if you are going to swear youll stay under 25 carbs  then calorie counting is not important   its all about the carbs baby!!! thats how i view it.. i havent look at the calorie  content of anything in a yearand having much success on low carb/ keto  good luck   stay under 25 carbs!!!!😠 dont cheat😠   but if u do   dont give up  all is not lost  just start again  you can do !!!  good luck we are all here🙂🙂

    mollie.swift I eat ‘up to’ 20g net carbs a day for Keto often much less, have you read (also audiobook) Keto Clarity by Jimmy Moore? I am aware we are each different, I am a true carb addict.
