Frittata for lazy cooks

Not really a recipe but...

I love to whip up some eggs with some combination of chopped veggies and meat and cheese, whatever's on hand, and pour it into my rice cooker. I give it ten minutes or so to cook and then check for doneness (if I wait until it clicks off on its own the eggs are usually overdone, though edible). Then I either flip it over like an omelet and pull out the pan to slide the eggs onto my plate or, if thicker (cause more eggs), cut it into quarters with a flexible spatula to make it easier to get out. Either way, you may want to top with more cheese cause it's not as pretty as a carefully tended omelette.

I eat a lot of eggs. Lol
