Macro Setting Adjustments

First, I love this application.  It's much better than anything else I've tried.

After a month of use, I have a few suggestions.  Three of them apply to diet goals in the settings menu.  Two apply to synchronization with the Apple Health app.

1) Please add nutrient settings for Omega-9 fatty acids, Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid), Vitamin B7 (Biotin).  These nutrients are important also, and the FDA has RDAs established for each of them.

2) Please adjust the existing nutrient "Folate" to more correctly read Vitamin B9 (Folate/Folic Acid).  This helps identify the nutrient more easily.

3) Please change the settings for fat parameters (monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, saturated, and trans) to be percentages of caloric consumption, rather than grams.  The reason for this is that all guidelines are based on percentage of caloric consumption, which changes as my weight changes.  The way it is now, I must continually update the values for proper tracking.

4) Carb Manager is allowed to write a plethora of data to Apple Health, but only able to read limited data.  I have a scale that writes data for 7 different parameters to Apple Health.  It would be beneficial to at least read BMI, Body Fat %,  and Lean Body Mass so that I don't have to manually enter this data into Carb Manager every time I step on the scale.

5) Similar to #4, it would be beneficial to be able to read Ketone levels from the Apple Health app.  I have a blood tester that writes Blood Glucose and Ketones to Apple Health, but the Ketones do not transfer over to Carb Manager and must be manually entered.
