entering recipe

Hi,

I understand how to add a URL for a recipe, but I can't find the place to enter ingredients for a recipe that is not online.  Would someone help, please?  Thanks

  • @Marg.2 If you go to Foods , hit the plus sign in the upper right hand corner and then select recipe! When you save it you can save it to your favorites and to your foods :) Just a tip, when I make a recipe , if it is multiple servings, I always weigh it once I am finished and put it as one serving weighing however many ounces it is that way when I serve it I can add it in by ounces as opposed to by serving :)

  • Hi, I have the same original question. I can enter the CM recipes with no problem, but would like to enter recipes that are not online, ie in my cookbooks. How can I enter a full recipe together, not just each individual ingredient. I also couldn’t get the above link to work. Thanks for the help!

The link isn't working. I need to add recipes we make up based on what is ready in our garden.

  • Jennah Bailey  so if I am  doing chili....I add in all the ingredients ( 2 cans tomato, 2 lbs 80% beef, etc) then  put it in as 8 oz servings and literally weigh it out when serving.  Is that correct?
