Congratulations Dawn! My plan is to continue tracking my food in maintenance mode while gradually increasing carbs and decreasing fat. I will probably try to reintroduce one whole food at a time. I wish you continued success.
Congrats to you! My understanding is that you can slowly ease up to 50grams on carbs and of course increase your calories to the "maintain" level for your height/weight. Then just keep on eye on it weekly.
