Just starting!

I’m super new to this! I use started researching and i know what they say are no no’s but what are some things that are absolute no no’s? I’m trying to get my husband and dad on board! They are HUGE milk drinkers tho!

    I would try easing them into lower carbs by reducing then eliminating sugar, flour, potatoes and corn. Good Luck

    I'm new to Keto, as well. I recommend watching Dr. Eric Berg on YouTube. He has hundred of videos but you can filter them.....lots of great info on Keto. Personally, I just used Google for specific questions and watched YouTube videos to learn how to do this. Also, when you grocery shop, check every single label for carbs, calories, etc. Examples of things that are NOT good....bread, pancakes, pasta, muffins and of course, no typical sweets like cookies, cakes, etc. Hope that helps a bit!
