Hi! I'm brand new to this...

Hi! I'm Gayle a 45 year old from the UK. Just found this app. Have been trying keto for two weeks and don't seem to be losing as much weight as what I'd hoped. Some daily menu plans would be so gratefully received! I'm having Bullet proof coffee for breakfast. Have also been making the mistake of eating peppers and mushrooms as I thought they were ok! :(
