Ugh!

Well I was doing good past three weeks. Lost 7 pounds and was really proud of myself. I have to lose about 6 more pounds in 3 weeks. Well my son had his soccer tournament and all the inconsistencies with schedule and food has made eating go from a cheating meal to a cheating weekend. I mean I’ve actually tried to stay low carb but I’ve just eaten a lot more than what I have. Won’t be getting on scale until end of next week I’m sure. Think i will be able to lose the 6 I need to. I need to lose about 40 pounds total but this small goal is for my cousins wedding. Help friends

    It happens.  Try to add some extra physical activity this week to help burn some of the extra calories.
