Something to eat on an upset stomach?

Hello all! I am fairly new to keto, just starting up again today. I wake up in the morning with a mild upset stomach, every day. The doctor says it is nothing to worry about medically, but the only remaining problem is what to eat first thing. I used to eat a little bread, but that's out (am not in a position to bake keto bread). What else is keto that would settle my tummy? Thanks!

  • Try ginger tea. Get some fresh ginger root, cut off a small piece, about an inch or so, peel it and let it sit in a cup of hot water to brew. I find it helps to cut, peel and freeze the ginger for quick use. Good luck. Also, there’s an over the counter product called FDGUARD that may help with your issue.
