Gluten Free & Carb Counting
I have been gluten free for health reasons for 8 years and now I am carb counting because of sugar levels. I don’t plan on following the Keto diet but I plan on using this app to track my carbs and because I am gluten free many of the recipes work for me. I am also trying to lose another 40 lbs (15 lbs lost already). I’d love to find others who might be in the same boat as me!
