Stupid Question alert :)

I downloaded the app, created an account,  joined premium and have logged my food past two days. So I have an account. so why when I try to sync my fit bit or try to save my settings I changed it says I have to create an account first? And one section says to create an account to save everything in case you lose your password. Did everyone have to create two accounts?  Thanks in advance!,,,

  • Happened to me too! I had to create another account with my info. Paid again for the premium package than contacted apple for a refund for the first order. Works great now!

  • try logging onto carb manager through a computer instead of phone and see if it will sync.  Might also need to open fit bit account on a computer
