Patti, someone posted this happening, though I don’t remember the exact circumstances. She said she logged out of the app then back in and all of her past data appeared. It’s worth a try. Good luck!

I signed out and back in. My information never returned. I just redid the information and pretty much started over. Still the best carb app out there.
