I am excited to share that steady work has paid dividends in the weight loss and health and fitness department. I am down 20 pounds In the past six months. YES, it’s slow, and YES, it’s steady.
I am 5 pounds away from being out of the ”over- weight” category. More importantly though, I feel empowered and encouraged to continue the journey towards a healthy, fit, well balanced life.
I just want to encourage each and everyone of you to keep going, and believe in yourself.
