When I did my big weight loss (75 lbs in 18 months), I had plateau’s where I was stuck at a weight for about 3-4 weeks. Luckily I was measuring...neck, waist, chest, etc. even though I was stuck at a weight, the inches were dropping. this kept me going.
So my suggestion is to measure AND use a food scale.

You hit a plateau. These can be overcome by mixing things up a little. I was having a drink every night of straight bourbon and was stuck at 229 lbs for 3 weeks. (Goal is 215 - I'm a broad-shouldered guy) Today is day 4 of no drink after work and I have decided to fast the first half of the day. I have already noticed a difference. Good luck!
