I’ve been on Keto for 2 lmonths. I lost 10lbs in the 1st 2 weeks. Since then nothing. I’m averaging 18g of carbs/day. What am I doing wrong?

    I've been told that you still need to watch your calorie count as well.   I've also read that too low can halt weight loss.  Some say trying a period of fasting can kick it up.  Hopefully this will help.

    Are you also doing intermittent fasting?  Exercising?  What are you using your carbs on?
