Tingling/Numbness

Hello: I recently started the Keto Diet about 3 weeks ago. Lately I’ve had tingling numbness and prickly fingers and toes. A little bit of leg cramps and lightheadedness. I’ve tried to up my sodium and water because I think I was dehydrated. Anyone else have this experience? How long does it last?
