Keto & fasting
I just started keto - this is my third day. I’ve been reading everything on this app to learn as much as I can and saw a few posts about fasting with keto. I was just wondering if someone can explain to me how that works? Is it just 12 hour fasting through the night? Thanks in advance!

I don’t recommend IF until you do keto for a month and get everything figured out. You also need to be fat adapted. It takes a month to figure out what food to buy, how much to eat, research keto recipes and lose cravings. The first week or two I made a lot of mistakes. The next two weeks things were really coming together. This app figures your macros for you, most people manually lower them. I didn’t know that in the beginning. Best wishes on your new lifestyle.
