Negative net Carb Bread?

So I'm an American doing Keto in Germany and I found this pizza crust and bread. To do the translation for you.

Fett = Fat

Kohlenhydrate = Carbs

davon Zucker = from sugar

ballaststoffe = Fiber

eiweiss = protein

I have looked online and have found bread with 1 or 2 net carbs but these both have 15-16 more grams of fiber then carbs.   So my question is how are they doing this?

    I don't know how they do it but you're going to have a really good poop after that!  22g fibre wow.  Ha!  Stay safe over there...

  • Maybe they do something different in Europe, but in America all carb-containing foods have at least as many grams of total carbs as fiber and sugar alcohols.  Looks to me like another low-carb scam.

  • But I just read that in Europe the label already shows Net Carbs, so maybe it is OK

    I'm also based in Germany and have been on Keto for a little over a week now (newbie here!) . In Germany they list net carbs, not total carbs, so be careful in making your food choices.
