Easy and actually good cauliflower mash

After trial and error I believe I have discovered the best way to make cauliflower mash! Serves two: a bag of microwaveable fresh cauliflower (not riced, just in florets), microwave for 3 to 4 minutes depending on your microwave, in the meantime, melt about 2 tablespoons of butter in a small pot on medium low heat, add the cooked cauliflower, salt and pepper (I use white pepper as I would with mashed potatoes) and whatever herbs you like, such as chives or thyme. Mash with a potato masher, it will mash very easily, and it’s done.

  • Wow this is a rather easy method to cook cauliflower. I personally just started incorporating cauliflower in my dinners and have been loving it. Ive always been afraid of cooking and thus wondered how to cook the cauliflower rice keto version. But as soon as i got a hang of it, i now make it every day with dinner. Will definitely try this method out too.
