Struggling.

Im really struggling to stay in my daily allowance of protein. I seem to go over and sometimes by a lot. Im always under my carbs, fat and calories, but no matter what I eat im still over my protein. Any help or tips would be really appreciated.

    There is a body of thought and scientific research that points to the fact that maintaining ketosis is not dependant on your protein intake levels.
