Allow separation of "Nutrition facts weight" and "Serving weight"

Hi,
I've been using the premium app for a few weeks now.
I'll share an example of a very simple recipe.
Ingredients: 40g coconut flower, 30g almonds

At first I started with defaulting to grams on grams when creating custom foods.
I had the 100g values for all the ingredients would create the custom food and then weighted every time 30g and 40g.

Pros:

  • most nutrition values for Food in Europe is graded for a 100grams, so creating the food simple

Cons:

  • I had to weight everything every time when cooking

As I got a bit more familiar with the process I wanted to simply things a bit.
I wanted to shift from grams for tablespoons.
I've discovered that:

  • 1 tablespoon of almonds = 15g
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flour = 10g

This make is much simpler as now I now my breakfast is 4 spoons almonds, 3 spoons coconut. But now if I want to define me food in terms of "one spoon servings" in the app things get complicated.

Example.

I want to define a custom food, with a serving size one tablespoon as 10g of coconut flour.
So in the app I have to:

  1. Serving amount: 1
  2. Serving Size: Tablesopoon
  3. Weight per serving: 10g

Now I have to enter the nutrients and they are defines on the package for 100g.
So for every nutrient I have to manually define a factor:

  • "weight of specification"/"weight of serving" -> 100/10 = 10

And now for every nutrient I have to divide what is listed on the package by the factor.
That's not a sustainable process for adding or correcting food.

What I would like as a feature request is the field called:

  • "Reference weight for nutrition facts" - the size for which the nutrition facts are known

The overall nutrients for the food will still be represented by the serving size, but the app will do all the correct scaling.

If there is a workaround around this, please let know as this makes adding custom cumbersome.
