help!!

very new to this. having a hard time getting all my numbers right on a daily basis. Been doing it for three week  and lost 9 lbs. trying to get the meal planner to work but it still keeps putting in things i dont want on my list..and suggestion..Thanks

    What specifically are you having a hard time with to get your numbers right (do you mean meeting macro %)?

    yes meeting all the goals for my macros. i end up with it all being mixed up
