Hitting Macros!
I started 3 weeks ago and have lost 6.5kg so far (I’m happy with this) however I wondered if it will slow my progress if I don’t meet my macros. I’m finding it particularly hard to meet my fats for the day. Typically I can meet carbs at 19g but fats and sometimes protein I can’t meet. I don’t go over but is it best to try and get as close as possible to maximise my results?
