Hitting Macros!

I started 3 weeks ago and have lost 6.5kg so far (I’m happy with this) however I wondered if it will slow my progress if I don’t meet my macros. I’m finding it particularly hard to meet my fats for the day. Typically I can meet carbs at 19g but fats and sometimes protein I can’t meet. I don’t go over but is it best to try and get as close as possible to maximise my results?

    It is difficult if not impossible to hit the macros exactly on a daily basis. Allow yourself a tolerance of 5 - 10 g over or under. Then, check your macro averages for the week and make adjustments as needed to get back on goal.
