Had a great cheat meal on Monday with mom at the Japanese steakhouse! But still lost 2 pounds this week! And oh how much better I feel!
Two years ago I was in a stressful, even dangerous job. I worked, slept and ate. I was so sick when I finally quit, that i could barely function.
Oh the changes I have made in the last two years. This weekend I cleaned and meal prepped and was overall such a different person than I was this time two years ago! Its not just the weight but that is helping. I feel like I am taking my life back from that soul sucking place. :)
Oh how I wish 2018 me could’ve known 2020 me!
