First week Q’s

Been sticking to 20g or under total carbs per day and No slip ups for 7 days. Have had headaches but don’t particularly feel I am in ketosis and no huge movement in scales!!! Any tips or advice appreciated

  • Stick with it and give your body time to adjust. Everyone’s body is different. Also keep up with your water and electrolytes. 

  • Just stick with it it will come off when I first started the weight came off kind of slow but I could see that I was loosing inches I recommend to everyone that’s asks about keto to measure it will keep you motivated oh and I had a lot of headaches and dizziness 😁
