Eating on the fly…

Keto always goes off the rails when I travel. Don’t want that to happen this time. Suggestions on what to pack that’s substantial enough to pass as a meal but can be eaten cold/stored in cooler? I won’t have access to stove or microwave and don’t want to depend on drive-throughs. What’s worked for you guys?

  • Tuna salad with a diced up roma tomato, lettuce and dill pickle. Egg salad, Bring some sandwich meat and swiss cheese and provalone and some mayo. Roll the meat up in the cheese...add some lettuce.
