3 straight weeks of struggle

Hello all,

Been on keto since January and loving it really.  The last 3 weeks have been a real mental challenge.  Down overall 52lbs but the last 3 weeks only 1 lb.  I do an hour of treadmill daily and lift some weights twice a week.  I have been watching macros and never goal over daily carbs.  Just seem to be stagnant?  Any ideas on how to fix this?  I ordered a breathe analyzer and I am knot sure I Amin ketosis.  Any advice would be appreciated.

    I stalled for two weeks and had one carb meal. It really helped and I dropped 4lbs and im continuing to lose weight.

  • Hi Jedi... well I monitored my fat and watched protein... I also got my monitor and learned I am in low ketosis.... I lost 3 lbs.  this week for my first loss in 3 weeks.  I hope it continues... how are you doing?  Ty again... Mike

    michael yaede All is going well. That's great you dropped some weight. It does get harder the less fat we have. I read that your ketone levels go down over time, but you're still in ketosis. I think that's why some people carb day to shock your system... I'm not sure how healthy that is, but it works... Keep it up! Stalling sucks, but it won't stay that way forever.
