Going into 3rd week

Completed my first two weeks. Feel pretty good. Really following "clean" Keto as much as possible.  Down 4+lbs the first week and 2+ lbs this week for a total of 6.5 lbs.  My Ketones have been 2.0-2.8 (usually around 2.5 as of late all day). The first week they were .9 - 1.4 so I fee I have made some progress and body is in fat burning mode.

I selected a 20% deficit, so my daily calorie intake is 1883. I am not adding any calories or net carbs to my diet when I increase exercise (I have seen most here state that is the best method), as I don't want to just eat since I can. If I really feel I need something, I will eat something, but keep it Keto.

I am taking a multivitamin and have not felt foggy or anything.

I also have been attempting the 8 hour eating window, with 16 hours of fasting.

I do have bullet coffee (with avocado oil) in the am (black/Stevia) - but no food until 12 noon. So far so good, no real hunger until around lunch.

I feel like I am doing well. Still learning and reading.

I started running today (2 miles) and have been walking daily with my dog. Also, I plan on doing some basic resistance training (at home). Curls, Push ups, etc... to mix it up.
