Fitbit question

Hi everyone - I am wondering about the Fitbit steps and how they add grams of carbs to your daily totals. Is anyone set up like this? Is it detrimental to weight loss?  It seems like a lot of extra carbs/fat/protein added and I am not sure if I should have it setup this way

Not very savvy with the app yet....

    I don't like that either- so you can turn that off! In the app on the left side menu bar, select settings and then scroll down to "Deduct Calories When I Exercise"  change to off.
