Hey there everyone, Today is day 1. I have 100 lbs to lose. I am 44 and live in California. I was thinking of starting an IG page about my honest struggle with weight to help me stay accountable. Anyone here interested in starting a small group for motivation and support?

My goal is 60lbs. I'm 48 in Vancouver, Canada. I transitioned from HCG protocol to Keto and I'm on my 3rd week Keto. The transition wasn't as easy as I'd hoped but I'm ignoring the scale numbers and going with the inches! For once in a very long time, my blood sugars spikes are no longer controlling my life and I feel great! Dare I say, Happy?

Hi Jenmac, same weight loss goal, cool! I’m 58 for a couple more weeks. I live in the suburbs of swanky Dayton, Ohio 😎 and believe it or not, I was never seriously overweight until 12-14 years ago. This is a tough pill to swallow every day. With my age, health has become a deciding factor.
I haven’t decided on the exact day to start yet but I have gone food shopping.

sherric Congrats Sherric on taking the first step! You’ll know when to start, it just seemed to happen for me. I woke up one morning and just went food shopping. I kept procrastinating because I was overwhelmed with so much info and the what if’s. Those darn “what if’s”!
