Lifestyle not diet
I decided to change my lifestyle and incorporate new habits in the way I eat; started in May with a goal to be at 175 lbs w/10% body fat; starting weight was 200 lbs w/20% body fat.
By deciding to change my mindset from diet (short term connotations) to lifestyle (long term connotation), I am within striking distance of my weight goal of 175 lbs, currently at 179 lbs; but still a ways to the 10% body fat, currently 17.4%.
I say this to encourage anyone, as well as myself, that reads this, to keep on!!!!
