STEAK!!!!!! Fat/protein etc....
I use the weight of my steak (cut included) before cooking. Grilling renders off a decent amount of fat and weight (3oz. On my last porterhouse) .
Im curious as to know if it’s hettwr to weigh after or before? Are the numbers calculated based on raw or cooked ?!?
I completely get it’s all an estimate when it comes to meat because because every cut has different amounts Fat marbleization to meat ratio but I’m just curious !!?!?
