Keeping Protein Down without going over on Carbs (Veggies)
I really need to keep my Proteins down... I seem to go over on them almost daily!
What are good suggestions to do this without going over on the Gross Carb Content (I go by net carbs for Fiber Intake tracking)
It seems that when I do get my Protein #'s right, my carbs are on overload, even when I eat Veggies (I avoid Fruits!)
