1st week Done

Well I have just finished my first week on Keto and managed to lose 10 pounds. I am finding this diet so easy compared to others I have tried. Now the sugar detox has finished and I am feeling normal again going to try and add some exercise to my day.

  • Good for you!  Did you get the "flu"?  I haven't yet.  

  • Jppm No I didn’t get the ‘flu’ at all.  Just headaches from not having sugar. 

  • Read on a different thread ... when craving sugar add some Himalayan salt to the tip of your tongue.  Haven't tried it but appears to work.
