Started today!
I previously did weight watchers and lost 60lbs in a little over a year before I hit the plateau that killed it for me. I put back on almost 10lbs and am looking for a fresh start. Before weight watchers I was 308. I'm at 260 right now and my goal is 180. I'm hoping that this is the change that I need. I did pretty well for my first day with a catered work meeting that offered nothing but pasta, breaded chicken and salad.

Good job on getting started! I did ww and had a similar weight loss and a plateau that never broke. I ended up putting almost all of it back on before I did something different. Some, my hubs and my sister are all doing Keto now since 2/15/18 and getting good results so far. My hubs lost a lot and I have lost inches (not so much pounds but I’m ok ish with that for now). How are you doing now with everything?
