Not enough fat ?

I have lost 3lbs in 5 days and very pleased but... I’m having problem with meeting my fat goal🙄 Tend to go over a little on protein.... is this ok?

    I had problems hitting fat goals the first couple of weeks.  Also my weight loss stalled the second week until I increased my fat to goal.  I keep my carbs way under, protein at or slightly under and my fat at or slightly over goals.

    I find myself not meeting fat goals either. Do you subtract the exercise for fat too.

  • Rskidoo  my Fitbit is synced to the app now - after feeling like I had the flu I started walking which automatically subtracted net calories from my day. Weird thing is I’ve started gaining weight (slightly) !

    im wondering if I should ignore the “gifted back” calories???
