I'm in my first week and I'm struggling. I'm allowed 1462 calories daily. I try to eat proteins that keep me full. With my limits on calories it's difficult to get fats in like avocados etc. Anyone out there have any suggestions for this issue?
It’s ok not to get all the fat. Limit carbs and calories, eat adequate protein and fat to satiety. If you feel good and and satisfied no need to eat more fat. Fat is energy from plate and your body so a little less plate fat ain’t going to hurt.
