Need input - I'm stuck!
Hi. I've been on keto for about three+ months. Lost 10 lbs right away, when I didn't know what I was doing; just making recipes from check out mags. I've had carb tracker apps for 2+ months, and premium with recipe macro matcher for about 6 weeks. I log food closely. I've not been able to loose any more weight. I'm pretty good at matching my percentages (5, 70, 25), maybe a bit low on fat, protein and total calories, but not majorly. I walk, bike, light weights. Thoughts? Suggestions? Thank you for input! Want to loose another 10 lbs.
