To get ketosis started it is more important to keep the carb intake below at least 50 g/day, ideally under 20g/day if you can manage, that is more important then meeting a fat intake goal.
Note that too much protein will also cause the blood sugar to rise which in turn causes insulin to be released which inhibits the conversion of fats into ketones. The ultimate goal of a ketogenic diet is to get the liver to convert fat into ketones but that won't happen when there is insulin present.
Keep your water intake up too, it helps reduce the effects of the "keto flu". As your body uses up the carbs and glucose still present in your system you will lose a fair bit of water in the process. A lot of the initial weight loss in the first few days is due to this water loss.
Keeping well hydrated helps your body to adjust, it can be quite a stress to the body to convert over from carbs->glucose as the primary fuel source to fat->ketones.
Keep at it and you will see results.
