What do I change to become STRICT KETO (from dirty keto)

Hey.. So 4th week in and haven't really been seeing what I want to see on the weight-loss front (although the change in habits and appetite shrinking has been phenomenal and I know everyone's body doesn't move as quickly as others). I want to see what Strict Keto is versus the Dirty Keto I've been on to see if that will make a difference. I would like to ultimately be heavily reliant on clean eating keto with supplements from dirty keto as I have to (events, special occasions, etc.).

So WHAT DO I HAVE TO CHANGE to be Strict Keto?

That depends on your definitions of strict and dirty keto. In my eyes strict keto would be whole foods, no or very few processed items, and staying under 20 g of carbs.

As well as avoiding artificial sweeteners.

If it's packaged foods, no processed items in the ingredients list, just whole natural items as ingredients and not a whole lot of them. Sometimes what may seem like a natural item can actually be a processed item, like "celery extract" which is actually a preservative. It is basically a nitrate derived from celery.
