I’ve been doing keto for 6 weeks. The first week was rough as I had keto flu. I’ve lost 20 + lbs and feel pretty good now. I have totally lost my appetite and cravings! I have an autoimmune disease which is what prompted me to use keto. I’ve eliminated all inflammatory foods except dairy in form of half and half, cheese and butter. But I may have to be rid of that ad well. How am I going to get enough fat?
