Lack of hunger

Hello, I am 11 days into the Keto diet and I have stayed below, or well below, the 20 net carbs per day.  I am losing weight but I am surprised that I don’t feel as hungry as I thought I would.  Definitely not complaining, but curious if this is more normal or abnormal?

The fat is very satisfying.  That's part of the magic.  🧙‍♂️

Yes, the lack of hunger is the best part of Keto.

I am never hungry. That’s why I love this Keto diet. Lost 17 pounds in three months. Getting close to my goal. Will continue this way of eating forever. Good luck. 👍

I’m 2 weeks in and I’m not finding myself very hungry either. I’m doing fasting 16:8. Finding it hard to fit my target fats and protein calories in each day. Been staying at 20 g net carbs. I think it’s bc the food is more satisfying and I’m only eating in a smaller window. I’m hoping being under many days does not hurt my weight loss progress. When I did WW, they used to say you had to eat all your “ points” or you wouldn’t lose.

The lack of or reduced hunger is perfectly normal on a keto diet. Enjoy the effect.
