Weight down
Yday I did my usual weigh in and measurements which were all good and continuing to go down nice and steady but I happened to get on scales late last night and I’m a little confused as I weighed less than I did in the morning! Only .2kg (Exactly same clothing on)
i had eaten my usual food and got my macros so I’m not sure why I weighed less. I’m in full ketosis so wondering is this is the beginning or something to do with fat adaptation.
