WHATS YOUR PLAN TO REACH YOUR GOALS?

My plan in January of 2018 was to become a better version of myself, not be on the road to diabetes, manage my thyroid issues, and control my anxiety.....the weight-loss happened because I had a plan...and it was to execute the above! I did everything I could to make those happen!

HERE SOME STEPS TO REACH YOUR GOALS.

DEFINE IT
Make small weekly goals, that will lead the ultimate goal!

WANT IT
Make that goal so great that it make you want to jump out of bed each morning! For me after 12 times of trying different things, I wanted abs more than anything...🤣because I was starting to think I was born without them!

BELIEVE IT
The body achieves what the mind believes! Believe you can and your way there!

WRITE IT DOWN
I like to put a note on my bathroom mirror, my phone (A reminder every hour)...like “YOU CANT OUT TRAIN A BAD DIET, BUT YOU CAN OUT DIET BAD TRAINING”- Brandon Carter

SCHEDULE IT
Add your workouts, meal time, research, etc, or whatever helps you reach your goal into a calendar..and turn on those reminders.

REVIEW IT
This means instead of playing around on IG, YouTube, or Facebook...review your calendar and plan to execute each item on your list.....create your own story to tell on YouTube and stop watching others stories...stop wishing and start doing!

DO IT
Paint your own story or someone else will paint it for you!
