Confused..but working ;) Down 4 pounds in 6 days ;)
Hello, I am new to the Keto Diet and am confused. I think I may be doing something wrong as my Carb number is higher than it is supposed to be, but my net carbs are actually below where they need to be....My calorie count is also relatively low as well. Any thoughts on this? Thank you!

i'd imagine if you're eating a lot of really high fiber, unprocessed foods, that would explain why your total Carb is a bit high but your net carbs and calories are low...The fiber is probably keeping you from overeating (thus low calories) and the fiber doesn't count towards your net carbs (thus the low net carbs). I'd say keep doing what you're doing.
