Maintaining Keto after weigh loss

Hello! I've almost reached my weigh loss goal and I want to start transitioning into a Low Carb diet that allows me to eat more fruits and veggies that are not Keto like carrots and apples, etc... When changing my Macros to the "Low Carb Hight Fat" settings they go from 17 carbs per day to 40!! I feel like that is too much, I really don't want to gain back the weight, can someone advise? thanks :)

  • You can set custom percentages or grams, you don’t have to use their options.

  • You can also adjust the calories deficit slider to fine tune the macros.  Turning on or off the subtract exercise from macros may work for you too.  You can monitor adjustments with weight, body fat % and waist line measurements. 

  • Hi you can select the LVHF  plan but then adjust the carbs to 30 g or less so at 30 g mine is 9 % carbs, 26% protein and 65 % fat, as I wanted more fruit and vegetables .
