Keto Slim Fast Shakes

I’m so glad I’m not alone. I’m at work and just drank one-all of a sudden I started having awful stomach pain and felt so nauseous. I had to google just to see if anyone else had this experience! Will never drink one again!!!

I’ve never had any of these problems with any of these shakes. I’m lactose intolerant and still don’t have issues. I drink one in the morning during work. They are nice to have on the go. I can see that people are saying the ingredients are bad. I’d like to know what you all are using instead so I can work to replace this. I’m new to keto and was doing a 10 day cleanse. After the cleanse it was so easy for me to switch over to keto. I lost 13 lbs with the cleanse but now I’ve gained 2-5lbs on any given day and am having problems figuring out what I’m doing wrong. 

I bought the slim fast keto shakes becasue Ive tried keto in the past with real food and thought Id add some shakes. I bought two four packs because I didnt expect to have any issues since shakes normally do not bother me. Five minutes after I drank one, I ran straight to the bathroom. And the shake just made me feel horrible and nauseous. I thought maybe it was because I drank it too fast, but then I looked it up and found this thread. I cant believe so many people are having the same or similiar issues after drinking this. I have not opened the second pack yet and am thibking of returning it but since its considered food/drink I doubt the store will process a return especially during covid. So I think Im either stuck trying another one to see if I have the same reaction or throw them out. What a shame.

For these last two days I’ve drank the keto slim fast milk shake and I’m done ! Asa I drink them, I get a pain in my side and stomach and tmi but I get liquid I’m talking burning Diarhea ! Two straight days and I bought a two pack but I’m not drinking anymore .

Hello, I was excited to try these slim fast keto shakes for 7 days.  Today was my first day.  As soon as I had the 1st drink I had unusual stomach burning and pain.  It goes away after a few minutes, but as soon as I take another drink the pain is back.   Definitely returning these! 

I just tried one today...was ok; smells chalky and taste is passable. I would rather have a cup of bulletproof coffee but just wanted to give it a try!

Tried one this morning and my stomach is in knots 🤢 it's like a burning feeling. Definitely do not recommend these! I'm going back to the Premier protein.

Same here. I didn't get much past a few sips before I had excruciating stomach pains. Agree with what someone earlier said - it feels like severe gastritis. I know what digest upsets are caused by sugar alcohol and this is not it. This happens before digestion.  It is horrendous. Yes, nausea happens after the severe pain. Then the burping and assorted other inconvenient side effects once it gets past the upper tract. I don't know what is in these shakes but it obviously is causing massive problems to a lot of us.  I don't normally consume processed foods, just wanted a quick 5 day reset after a few weeks of eating too much. I'd rather keep the extra pounds omg.

I had the same issue...instant massive pain.  I've tried the Advanced Nutrition shakes, and they are fine.  I'll stick with those if I have to have a shake...but I'd rather go with bulletproof coffee.

Ashley Lyn sanchez  This happened to me today. I had about half of the bottle, and within minutes my stomach was rolling. It has now been hours, and I still feel awful. I will never have these again. 

nikirichardson  yesterday I drank a half of one too and my stomach was hurting so bad I started sweating and I didn't know if I was gonna throw up or have diarrhea it was awful it felt like it lasted forever but after a hour I felt better .I will never drink those shakes again so I definitely feel your pain . Hope your feeling better 

Just finished my 4th Slimfast Keto...I must be a slow learner...Every time I drank one, I'm bent over with pain... but never made the association.  Seriously thought I was passing a kidney stone!  I had to excuse someone from my office, just so I could groan in private!  Then...Bonus, I get nausea, hot flashes (not a lady here) and felt better.  Went into a meeting and could barely and I mean barely keep my eyes open.   BTW...I have a stomach of steel, I can red meat after it has "turned" a week ago!  I'm never gonna buy that again!

I had a shake yesterday and felt instantly sick. I just another one, got a burning sensation and threw it up. These shakes are terrible. Don’t use. 

I use Keto Chow - SUPER TASTY!!!! They're expensive, but I only use 1/2 scoop at a time instead of a whole scoop so a bag lasts me twice as long. :-)

I just started Slim Fast Keto Shakes, and a few minutes after I consume one, I feel muscle cramps. It feels like I just did planks for a solid 30 minutes. I think this part of the "keto flu", where you feel these symptoms, muscle cramps, upset stomach, etc. So it might be due to the "keto" portion of it. 

I tried it today, had a severe stomach ache after about a quarter of the shake.  I hate the issues everyone seems to have but happy to know it isn't just me

I tried this for first time my stomach is burning so bad ..I am throwing the rest AWAY which is a shame THESE SHAKES ARE NOT CHEAP. But I'm not drinking another one period

I have the exact same reaction.  It feels like they are burning my stomach.  In fact, today, i checked the ingredients to see if there was pepper or something in it that could cause the burning sensation.  I didn't see anything.  What is in these?

Allison DeForest I don't think it's your gallbladder.   I have an immediate burning sensation.
